This includes your name, email address, profile photo, and portfolio content (skills, projects, experience, education). We also collect usage data automatically, such as pages visited, features used, and browser type - to improve the product. This data is anonymized and never sold.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Portify service. Specifically: - To create and manage your account - To generate and host your public portfolio - To power AI features (content generation, scoring, job matching) - To send product updates and important account notices - To analyze usage patterns and improve our product We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers. Profile photos and uploaded files are stored via Cloudinary with encrypted transmission. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

When you publish your portfolio, your chosen content becomes publicly accessible via your portfolio URL. You control what appears on your public portfolio. Unpublishing your portfolio makes it private immediately. Your email address and private account details are never included on your public portfolio.

Portify uses the following third-party services to operate: - Groq - AI content generation - Cloudinary - image storage and optimization Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
