Designed and implemented a 4-bit Content Addressable Memory (CAM) using a custom 9-transistor SRAM cell in Microwind. The project involved solving a large-scale circuit design problem —starting from functional specification and progressing to full physical implementation—while optimizing for speed, area, and power. Performed transistor-level simulations, validated cell behavior, and conducted DRC/LVS checks to ensure layout correctness and performance.

As I dive into the intricacies of physical design, I'm driven by the thrill of transforming abstract concepts into tangible realities. My foundation in computer engineering and software development fuels my pursuit of innovation in the tech industry.
In my work as a Physical Design professional, I focus on developing software solutions that streamline the RTL-to-GDSII flow, encompassing floorplanning, power optimization, and verification. I'm hands-on with tools like Cadence and Synopsys, and I strive for precision and efficiency in every project. My goal is to craft designs that not only meet but exceed expectations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
That's a wrap.
