The Problem: The old version of the app was too complicated: Long and confusing sign-up process. Unclear booking flow. Hard to buy or understand service packages. Adding car details was frustrating. Result: users were leaving before even trying the service The Solution: The Result: Simple sign-up with phone number + OTP. Redesigned booking flow to be clear and quick. Clean, attractive package screens that show real value. Easy, step-by-step car details form. Fresh UI with modern colors and a smooth experience. Now, users can book or buy a package in less than a minute. The experience is finally as simple as the idea itself.
