Enertile – Smart Footstep Energy Harvesting System (Graduation Project)

Designed and developed an electromagnetic energy harvesting floor tile that converts human footsteps into electrical energy for low-power applications. Designed the complete mechanical and electrical architecture of the system. Applied electromagnetic induction principles to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. Designed and integrated bridge rectifier, filtering capacitors, rechargeable battery, and LED status indicator. Simulated and validated the electrical circuit using engineering simulation software. Focused on building a sustainable, scalable, and low-maintenance renewable energy solution suitable for smart buildings and public facilities.
