We developed a Data Warehouse & BI system to track and manage the distribution of healthcare products ā from suppliers, through the warehouse, down to end-users. The purpose was to support management in: Reducing waste caused by expiry or overstock. Monitoring sales and operational performance. Classifying suppliers and outlets. Measuring quarterly target achievements. š¹ My Role as a Business Analyst Throughout this project, my responsibility was to make sure the business vision was always reflected in the technical work. My main contributions were: Writing a Business Requirement Document (BRD) to capture and clarify business needs.
